Wonder what they're smoking? A closed bow direct drive with goofy lights on the back. Extremely limited market and no one in their right mind is gonna spend anywhere near $50k on it. They'd be lucky to get half that.

It would be doubtful they could get 50k for both car and boat.

Ok - so who else read the title of 97' as "97 foot" .... I HAD to look ... agree, silly looking.

did I read that right? motor non running? 50k for a piece of eye candy? I have a piece of the moon for sale as well for 50 k

Sounds like there are two engines that come with this piece of eye candy... The indmar engine that is currently in it with about 100 hours on it and then the original that is not in working condition in a separate box. At least that is how I read it.

Hmh. I always thought these were kind of cool boats for someone that loves Corvettes. Not the most practical wakeboard or ski boat, but if you've got the cash for a cool ride just to tool around the lake in, why not. The Z06 version has 505hp just like the car - I think it would be fun!

Yeah I remember watching a Barrett Jackson car auction where they auctioned off one of the Vette Malibu's and they got something like $35,000 for one of the average stock boats. I suppose there is someone out there crazy enough to throw down 50k for this boat. Probably a Corvette lover and a Kansas alum... aka someone with a lot of money that loves gaudy color combos.
