I could be wrong but I always thought the final adjustment should be made with the boat in the water free from forces the trailer puts on the hull? I would also want the cap back on and secured
Probably not so much the size of the cables the old ones are most likely corroded inside.
I just bought a NEW Delco marine 105 amp single wire from DB Electrical to replace the Mando on my pontoon boat.
66.08 shipped to my door .
If you ever come to Lanier give me a call . I would love to see the finished product in person 219-712-5060.
I use Mobil 1 15w50 in my 89 351 770 hours and my 08 350 575 hours . The 15 w 50 has all the protection needed for non roller cams.
You still have to change the oil every 50 hours.
My wife works at a marine upholstery shop. I showed her the pics you posted her exact words were ''That's Amazing'' I dont think many people know how accurate the work must be to have it turn out...
Nice kitchen. Good deal on the mirror.
Advance is not a high quality parts store especially their electrical parts. I would go with Skidim, Napa or Carquest.
Where did the solenoid come from? If it was a quality part and went bad in two weeks I would do a starter draw test . It also maybe just a defective part?
You should post it on CorrectCraftFan.com
Was the engine running ? If you just turned the key without the engine running its normal for the light to be on.
The shaft packing is leaking out of the vent hole behind the pulley. I dont think that pump is a marine only part . You could get a replacement part at the auto parts store or SkiDim.

Nice looking boat. What is up with that trailer?
What is all that white stuff on the ground did someone have a huge pillow fight?
Did you post on the Moomba forum? You may have better results there.
Welcome Aubrey
What model and year Supra do you have? Where are you located and what lakes do you use?
I have a 25' pontoon we could load up at my house and use as a supply ship to get grills and food to the location.
e4Nash if you are on the lake today give me a call and maybe we can get together....
Steven I'm on problem overload with this thread . I will need to talk to you in real time to get it fixed . Call me again and we will get it going.
I live across the street from the lake whatever I can do just let me know.
Sounds like you had a backfire and started the fuel in the carb on fire. When you put the engine on #1 did you make sure it was on compression stroke? You may be 180 degrees out of time . Call again...
Is there any voltage at the ballast resistor? If not check for voltage at the Ign switch in the dash. If you still have trouble call me and I will walk you through it. 219-712-5060

Lake Lanier Moomba/Supra Jam suggestion thread
So I've decided to organize the jam for this year. If its successful we'll make it an annual thing...
I would start with a new set of points and condenser. The NAPA part numbers are CS720P and AL869. Those are for the Prestolite distributor.
Your original ignition system operated using points and a condenser inside the distributor. Some have been retrofitted to a electronic
system. If you dont know the difference you will need someone...
Firing order 13726548 Left 18456373 Right . Yours should be a left engine.
