    I made a pedestal for my Mariah out of wood and carpet. Then bolted the sliders on to it. As for the sliders, you could use small 1/16 wall c-channel and make caps for the ends. I was looking at doing that on my last boat.

    Ooooh, I'll have to do some digging. I want to say I took pictures........but I can't remember.

    Hey, cross your fingers, I may have a pair of sliders up for sale if you're lucky. But it's gonna cost ya. Just kidding



    EDIT: And why don't you measure out some square tube that is the same measurement as the slider tops. Then cut out one side to create the opening and lip. Then drill for your holes, throw on some paint and grease and go.
