    By the way, do not use an extended pylon for tubing. It will snap the main pylon and most likely hurt someone in the process. Those pylons are designed for only a rearward load, and a slight lateral load. Thus the big cable to the bow. Pulling a tube with g-forces puts a lot of load on the pylon.

    I'd advise against it.

    Thanks for the input on the extended pylon. I have heard of people using them for tubers, but everyone on the forum is telling me don't do it. I believe I just won't do it. Thanks again.

    Congrats. My first boat was an '89 comp. Theres alot of comp owners on here with tons of knowledge for help.
