87 saltare 454 engine.. need a starter.. should I have mine rebuilt? or buy new.. and where can you get them?

Currently showing sold-out on their website but I'd call them and see if they have another part # that would work. My local shop wanted more than the $85 just for the rebuild..... I had 7 years on my last dbelectrical one before it crapped out.

skidim wants 185$ db electrical has one that shows85$ going to call them in the morn... Any ideas?

Hah! It's your money.... but I'd go with the dbelectrical.... I've had several products from them and they are always top notch.

any auto electrical rebuild outfit can do it. Don't blow money you don't have to Its just a motor
