Chatter in Rudder

All, at slower speeds I am feeling some chatter in my rudder...any thoiughts on why and how to resolve?

It's hard to say exactly, but you need to get under the boat and do some wiggling to see if there is any play in the rudder. If there is than make sure the packing nut on the rudder is tight enough. If no slop, then check the steering cable connection at the rudder and the wheel.

Could also be prop. Sending water past the rudder inconsistently causing a vibe.
