Engine Bogging Issue *2005 Comp LTS

I am having an issue with the engine bogging on a hard full throttle take off. It'll come out of the water fine, bog down, and the shoot back up on plane and not have any other issues. It only does it when I absolutely stab the throttle. Under normal acceleration it doesn't do it. Anyone else had a similar issue? If so, what was/is it? Thanks. Its an Assault 325 Indmar engine.

Carb or Fuel Injected?

dirty fuel filter 1st..then start looking at the carb 2nd.

It's fuel injected. I'll start with the fuel filter and go from there.
