The Axis looks like a freak of nature. Does not like.
Jony, The Progressive tower on the 24 is actually a bit easier to breakdown than the one you and I have, but that's my personal opinion. I'm pretty sure that when they install these on the line a single person does it. I've only folded it on the ground, not on a boat though.

I think that was the posted price on the 24, one of the sales guys there told me they think they have it sold too. I was really surprised to see so many sold boats there. That 21v was sold, the Moomba was sold, the X-25 was sold, the X-15 was too I think.

I was really happy with all the boat dealers that showed up at the show still, even with horrible weather forecasted and with the economy in the shape it's in. The only wakeboat manufacturer that didn't have a strong showing was Nautique. They only had one '10 Nautique, and the only other boat was an '09 that didn't do anything for me. I did like the 2010, but the rear facing seating-setup they have (which is alot like the triple-up seating on our boats) was weird. I didn't like how the backrest was under the seat, I like how ours flips up with some hidden cupholders underneath. Here is the '10 Nautty:

There's no physical way to fold that tower down without 2 people or some sort of pole. Maybe they do it on the assembly line with 1, but there's something holding the back of it. You'd have to get into the bow, unscrew both of the screws (and I'm pretty sure someone would have to take the tension off of it for that to even happen). I'm sure it is easier, but at least I can fold mine down when I'm by myself.

And $76K on that one? Getting up there in the Nautiques/Malibu/Mastercraft price point..... As the discussion went on WW, they should post the sales price instead of the list price. I'd walk away from a boat with that price tag. Even if they sold it for $55K, how many people did they run off by way of sticker shock?

Thanks for the pics Jason. I wish I could've made it over but the roads were terrible. Glad to see there was a good showing from the dealers though. I personally love the new Supra tower, drool over the X-25 (watch the youtube vid.....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYeo9m_J8Ts), hate the Axis, & don't like the Nautique they had there (but I've always been a fan of Nautiques). I wish MC would use diff grills on their speakers. I think the all white looks like plastic (is it?) and cheapens it a bit. If MC would drop in some wetsounds or an equivalent....AWESOME.

Great lookin boats! I wish we could have made it there. I noticed a couple of pics that had the Malibu "Corvette" style boat in the background - I'd love to see one!
