Reliability
We realize that performance and fancy features are really nice, but as a consumer, you've worked hard for your money and you want the product you purchas to be of the highest quality and reliability. You want to know that every time you take your boat out, it is going to work like it did the day you bought it. We understand that, and we are committed to building the most reliable, highest quality boat available in the market. That is why every boat that we build is certified by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). That is an optional step that many boat builders choose not to do, and by building a NMMA certified boat, we can guarantee that you are getting a product held to the highest quality standard available. We are also very pleased to announce that we have been a recipient of the NMMA Customer Satisfaction Index, or CSI, award for the past 4 years. The CSI program is based on feedback received from our customers that have owned and used their boat for a while. To obtain the award, you have to receive an average customer satisfaction rating of 90 percent or better. This is a testament to the quality construction of our boats and that our customers are very happy with the results.
