The Boat of The Stars. How Do You Think They Got Up There?
The all new and completely restyled 242 is the boat of choice for Supra’s
team of pro riders, so you know this ride has plenty to keep
even the most demanding wakeboarders happy. For starters, the
242 boasts the most ballast of any Supra - a
whopping 1,700 pounds. All that water weight combines with
Supra’s SmartPlate to sculpt the pro-level wakes that make the 242
the official towboat of the WWW Wakeboard World Championships.
This incredibly smooth and sleek ride begins with the unique
Supra Hull – the deepest hull in it’s class
and part of the one and only Supra Ride System. The exclusive
Supra VISION dash system allows for instant command of everything,
from standard Zero Off GPS cruise control and Gravity III ballast
to the stereo system and engine diagnostics. The 242 is a straight
line tracking, massive wake-making machine.
From there, the new Progressive tower (now standard for 2011) delivers
a stylishly solid pull, and the easy-to-use swivel board racks
off er the perfect place to keep your boards safe and out of
the way. The 242 is built on a new, elongated running surface,
which allowed Supra designers to increase the length of the
main cabin by nearly two feet. Combine that with the 242’s 102-inch
beam and you have one massive lounge. Plus, all that space
is decked out for maximum comfort. From the built-in cooler
within easy reach of the driver’s seat, three stereo remotes peppered
throughout the interior and Supra’s unique rear facing seating set
ups, the 242’s
main cabin is the perfect place for your family or crew (of
up to 17!) to spend the day on the water.
Performance. Comfort. Air. With the New 242, it’s all big!
