The Progressive Tower
Supra's
new PROGRESSIVE TOWER is now available on
both the Supra 22 and Supra 24 series of
boats. What is exactly does it do differently?
The Progressive tower is a new progression of the very popular wakeboard tower
from Supra. The most prominent feature is the removal of the front bow leg. This
allows better forward visibility from the driver’s helm. Also, the massive forward
sweeping main rail adds a unique look, while also matching the aggressive athletic
styling of the main hull design. Looking from the front, you will notice the
main rail is a compound bend and when combined with the Z5 cargo rack, gives
a sweep in 2 directions matching the shape of the compound curve in the hull,
deck, windshield and even Z5. While the main rail gives the fresh look, the top
part of the tower keeps the very popular Supra shape that matches the rest of
the Supra lineup and also compliments the windshield design.

2010 WWA World Championships Edition
Designed for the world's most prestigious wakeboarding

WWA World Wakeboard Championships recently held in Orlando, FL. The

Vamp Spin Light Bar
Performance
refinements and rider friendly amenities
were the focus of 2010 model changes. The
most dramatic enhancements and added features
are clearly evident to the driver, rider
and passenger. The 2010 model changes reflect
a triumph in engineering, delivering intelligent
design and technologically equipped interiors.

Our
most stunning enhancement is the all new Supra
V.I.S.I.O.N. that comes standard on all Supra
models. It is truly a visionary piece that
will benchmark against all others. The seamless
integration with the Supra Ride System delivers
the ultimate boating experience. The entire
system maximizes the benefits of Supra’s hull
design, electric multi-sport wakeplate and
prop to deliver optimum efficiency and rider
friendly performance!
While the V.I.S.I.O.N. is a big deal, our subtle rider friendly enhancements
have also made quite a splash. Like the new ballast gauges and the ignition switch
that no longer turns off the accessory. There are new stereo LCD remotes located
on the dash, glove box and transom that offer more functions with new audio and
video inputs for USB, RCA audio and RCA video. This new feature has proven beneficial
to everyone on the boat. Another really cool feature available on the Special
Editions is the new Vamp Spin Light Bar which has rotating tower speakers. This
is hot!
We have also added better storage lighting in the glove box. Okay small enhancement,
but seriously comes in handy. You will also find a new step pad on the deck under
the starboard sundeck. And another favorite, the new standard prop that eliminates
harmonic noise at slow speeds and improves overall performance by maximizing
hole shot and speed.
It is evident from our 2010 model changes that at Supra our focus is on performance,
season after season reliability, quality and rider friendly aspects to deliver
convenience, comfort and versatility.

below from Indmar concerning antifreeze mixtures with more than 50%
glycol.

Indmar Notice
Antifreeze mixtures that contain more than 50% glycol can cause overheating problems with fresh water cooled Indmar engines. If you are experiencing high engine operating temperatures or overheating at higher speeds and loads, may have too much glycol in the mix. Other issues could also be causing the problem; water pump impeller, pinched hose, intake water obstruction, etc.

Indmar
diagnostic testing has shown that mixtures
with more than 50% glycol raised coolant temperatures.
As the mixture of glycol to water was increased,
the risk of over-heating the engine was even
greater.
Indmar uses Sierra propylene glycol for health and environmental reasons. Propylene
glycol is as good, if not better than ethylene glycol. Some may argue the difference;
however, there is no comparison when it comes to which is more environmentally
safe. For example, many animals like the sweet taste of ethylene glycol. As little
as a teaspoonful can be fatal to a cat and four teaspoons can be life threatening

an environmentally conscious effort in all of their processes from introducing
CAT manifolds in their premium engines to all of the U.S. three years prior to
regulations taking effect to using propylene glycol. It makes sense why Indmar
prefers propylene glycol in all of their closed cool engine systems…its cleaner,
greener, and safer. |

Dealer Awarded Marine Woman of the Year! |

Supra
would like to congratulate Nancy Smith, Vice
President and Co-Owner of Colorado Boat Center,
for winning the prestigious Darlene Briggs
Marine Woman of the Year Award! Smith was
honored at the recent Marine Dealer Conference & Expo
held in Orlando, FL. The award is given to
outstanding women in the marine industry.
Rick Tinker, President of Skiers Choice explained,"Boating
Industry magazine couldn't have selected
a better recipient for this outstanding award.
Nancy's dedication to the industry and her
customers is clearly evident in her every
day dealings. We look forward to her many years of continued success."
Nancy Smith has been involved in the marine industry for over 13 years and currently
serves as a Colorado Marine Dealer Association Member (CMDA), is a Marine Retailers
Association of America Board Member, as well as, a co-chair of the Young Leader's
Advisory Council.

She
oversees finance, human resources, communications
and marketing initiatives for the small family
owned and operated boating business that resides
in Loveland, Colorado which represents five
industry leading boat brands. Nancy states, "Boating
is not only our business, but has always been
a lifestyle for our family" and shares her
boating passion with her husband Tom of twenty
seven years along with her two children. Smith
credits her strong work ethic to her upbringing
and dedication to the marine industry.
Smith also noted that her daily servings of passion, optimism and priorities

Wakeboard World Championships
Returns to Orlando
For the first time since 2004, the top pro and amateur wake athletes on the planet battled it out on the waters of Orlando, FL, for world titles, at the ROCKSTAR WWA Wakeboard World Championships, presented by Supra at the Orlando Watersports Complex, better known as the OWC.
Supra debuted the all new 2010 Worlds Edition during the four-day-long event that featured riders from around the globe vying for world titles in 20 divisions, separated by age and skill level. The event was towed exclusively by Supra.
Not all of the action took place on the water. On land, fans experienced tons of great music and food, athlete autograph signings, chances to win free giveaways and shopping at the most cutting-edge stores offering water-sports equipment, wakeboards, wakeskates, sunglasses and the latest in wakeboarding and surfing fashions.
Another unique event offered during the Worlds, was the Supra Awards Dinner for amateurs. Amateurs, pros and their families were treated to dinner and a spectacular awards banquet! Supra hosted the Banquet the previous year and had to continue the tradition. It’s a way we can help expand amateur viability and get them the recognition they deserve.
Supra Team Rider Reed Hansen of Groveland, FL faced off in a fierce five-man final in the Pro Wakeskate division. to win his third consecutive world title. The most wins any pro wakeskater has won in the history of the sport…Go Reed!!! Supra Team Rider Aussie Amber Wing took third in the Pro Women division and Supra Junior Team Rider Taylor McCullough claimed first in the Girls 13 and under division.

BROstock
Festival
The world's best in wake congregated at Lake Powell for Liquid Force's annual BROstock festival. The Supra Launch 24V BROstock Edition was designed exclusively to be the official towboat of BROstock. Competitors were stoked about the consistent giant wake and that lead to some serious boosting! The 2009 event proved to be bigger and better then expected!
Twenty four of the best riders including Shawn Watson, Shane Bonifay, Rusty Malinoski, Phillip Soven, and Danny Harf came for the contest, but stayed for the fun and festivities. The weekend kicked off Friday with a progressive wakeskate demo that featured the likes of Aaron Reed, Danny Hampson, and Brian Grubb, among others.
Prior to the competition, the pro wakeboarders got a chance to get accustomed to the monstrous wake of the Supra Launch 24 BROstock Edition. Each pro had a two hour practice session to prepare for the competition, which quickly began to heat up.
Danny Harf ultimately walked away $12,500 richer and put his name in the history books of BROstock, a contest that is widely becoming known for producing some of the most progressive contest riding ever!
